 Post subject: Troubleshooting ChatBlazer Server Error

Here are a list of common issue that you may encounter when running ChatBlazer Server. Click on the respective link to find out more.
If you are unable to find the a solutions to solve your issue, please email us at support@pendulab.com together with the log files in server/logs directory.

1. Error message Failed to load SQL Database Manager
Solution:
If you are not using any external database for ChatBlazer, disable the SQL module in conf.xml
- Open conf.xml in a text editor
- Search for <module name="sql" active="true">
- Change the value of active to "false"
- Restart ChatBlazer server (e.g. run startsvr.bat(windows) / start ChatBlazer window service(windows) / cb8svr.sh start(linux))
