How do you launch it professionally like in the page you're first provided that says "launch application"?
I can't seem to do it. Does this not work for hosted plans? I want it to pop up in another window, a resizable one, without all the usual browser stuff up top. Can't seem to figure it out.

If you look at the HTML source code for your chat launch page, you should be able to copy some of the code in there for your own use for launching the chat application.
If you need explanation for any of the code therein, do let us know.
