Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFou

I just installed the software and I get this error when I try to start it using the startcbe.bat.


Using Java: "c:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_06\bin\java.exe"
Classpath: lib\chat.jar;lib\jakarta-regexp-1.3.jar;lib\crimson.jar;lib\hsqldb
min.jar;lib\msbase.jar;lib\msutil.jar;lib\mssqlserver.jar
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/chatblazer/Server

Any ideas?

do you have a chat.jar file in the lib folder?
